Students will learn:
Fundamental sound healing techniques with Crystal Bowls for private and small group healings
Critical foundational education on energy healing with crystal bowls
How to set up a space and prepare for a sound healing
Online sound healing protocols
Healing Considerations for Frosted Crystal Bowls, Alchemy Crystal Bowls, and Practitioner (or hand-held) Bowls
Materials Needed: Please have your sound equipment ready with your device. We recommend the Blue Yeti USB microphone as the easiest and most affordable. Please contact Blue Yeti for more info or questions regarding equipment compatibility.
Pre-requisite: Intro to Crystal Bowls with Amanda or familiarity with playing crystal bowls.
Cost: $198
Recording: A recording and class notes will be sent out after the class.
Facilitator: Amanda has spent over two decades studying wellness through both Western and Eastern modalities, becoming a Registered Nurse, Yoga Instructor, Energy Worker, and Registered Sound Healer. Since 2013, she has led sound healing workshops and provided education to children, medical personnel, families, adults, and hospice care. With a sincere and heartfelt pledge to soul seekers at AIOS, she is dedicated to helping them connect to Source through the simple gifts of sound healing.
