This advanced course is for sound healing practitioners who want to apply music therapy–informed tools to their sound baths—without needing to be musicians.

Musicality II focuses on the underlying theory that helps sound healing sessions feel safe, regulating, and effective, rather than overwhelming or purely intuitive. You’ll learn how structured use of sound supports the nervous system, emotional processing, and integration.

Core elements explored:

• Safety and grounding to begin

• Breath and spaciousness in therapeutic application

• Intervals and their emotional effects

• Pattern and variation to support regulation

• Dissonance and resolution for nervous system repatterning

• Pace and tempo for integration

• Sound and speech—when guidance supports healing and when it disrupts it

You’ll learn how to:

• Design longer, more coherent sound journeys

• Choose intervals intentionally for emotional shifts

• Understand root chords vs. inverted chords

• Use dissonance and resolution effectively

• Expand simple patterns into therapeutic variations

• Use voice and language sparingly and skillfully

This course is ideal for practitioners who want their sessions to feel grounded, trustworthy, and truly effective, especially when working with sensitive populations.
