Intro to Sound Healing with Shelly on February 28th LIVESTREAM VIA ZOOM

In this 3-hour online journey, you’ll be welcomed into the ancient and modern practice of sound healing through the soothing world of therapy harps, monochords, crystal singing bowls, and other sacred instruments. Guided by Shelly Reef, an AIOS faculty member and lifelong sound-medicine devotee, you’ll explore how vibration and resonance have been used across cultures to relax the nervous system, harmonize energy, and invite deep inner quiet.

Through simple, heartfelt practices, you’ll learn to create gentle soundscapes that nourish the body and soften the mind. Shelly will guide you in connecting with the therapeutic tones of stringed healing instruments and the natural medicine of your own voice, allowing you to experience the body as a resonant, living instrument.

This gathering is perfect for those new to sound healing or simply curious about its soothing effects. Come ready to explore accessible techniques you can weave into daily life to support peace, clarity, and emotional ease.

You can experience an Intro to Sound Healing class at different times through the year, as it's offered by several AIOS teachers who each bring their own magic to the practice.

No experience required. Bring your curiosity and an open heart.

Facilitator Bio:  Shelly Reef is a professional sound & frequency healer and empath with decades of experience in the healing arts. She lends more than 30,000 hours of meditation, and more than 30 countries explored to her playing and teaching skills. With the agenda of raising the frequency on Earth, Shelly teaches Therapeutic Harp, meditation, and telepathy. Her work is unbound by religion, culture, or social construct. She is author of the soon-to-be released book, “The Immeasurable”.
