Intro to Crystal Bowls with Amanda Baird ONLINE & IN SEDONA, AZ

This special event will be offered Online Via Zoom and in person in Sedona, Arizona

Have you been curious about playing crystal bowls? Join Amanda Baird, Director of the Advanced Institute of Sound, for this introductory workshop. This course is a fun way to learn about sound and how to play crystal bowls for meditation, yoga class, or your own personal practice.  No experience is necessary.

If you have a crystal bowl, you can practice right along at home. It is recommended to have a bowl to play with at home, but not required. If you are attending in person, please bring your crystal bowls with you to the class.
